Please contact us if your order does not arrive 3 days after the expected date as your order may have been lost by the courier. 

PLEASE NOTE - We cannot be held liable where a delay occurs to a Next Day Delivery service, which could be due to road accidents, weather and other extenuating circumstances - we cannot guarantee you will receive your parcel Next Day.
