This is an older Star Wars Darth Vader LCD watch but it is still brand new in its factory sealed packaging. It was made by the MZ Berger Co. in the United States. It may need a new battery after all these years of storage. Model number 8XL10089 UPC 049353912493

Very hard to find now. I have not seen any of these on eBay at all.
