Items are shipped same day or next business day when payment has cleared. EBay shipping calculator is used to determine the shipping rate based on your zip code. I do combine shipping whenever it is possible. I always send an email to let you know when your item has been or will be shipped with the estimated arrival time. The estimated arrival time is the information that I get from USPS or UPS. I am accountable for shipping the item on time and not for the arrival time. The Postal Service arrival time may not always be accurate. Parcel Post package are 2nd to Priority packages. If there is ever an issue with slow arrival time I am more than willing to try to help track a package.

It is our Protection Policy to send all international winnings only to the EBay/PayPal address that is provided to us. The Customs Declarations forms will be labeled as other (EBay item) and not labeled as a gift and the winning auction price will be the value price placed on the Customs Declarations Form.
