This is a previously-owned, youth-large (YL / size 12), white and beige ringer pajama-shirt with Voltron and a Lion printed on the front. Manufactured in 1984, it measures approximately 15 inches (from underarm seam to underarm seam), about 19 inches from back collar to bottom, and is in good condition (Bates-Jama brand, 100% polyester).
“Voltron” was an original TV series that aired from 1984 to 1985, titled “Voltron: Defender of the Universe.” The original series was created by Peter Keefe in 1983 using material he had licensed from the Japanese cartoons “Beast King GoLion” and “Armored Fleet Dairugger XV.” The series was an immediate hit, topping the syndication market for children's programs in the mid-1980s…
