We understand that it’s really important for you to receive your goods in a timely fashion and for a competitive price. To ensure that we can deliver this we have developed a strategic partnership with both Royal Mail and Think Worldwide.

Delivery times are estimated at 1-3 working days by Royal Mail, and 1-2 working days by Parcelforce for mainland UK addresses. If you order before 3pm Monday to Friday, we will aim to dispatch the same day. If you order after 3pm, we will try to dispatch the same day, but if we can’t it will be the next working day. Items ordered after 3pm Friday or over a weekend will be dispatched on Monday. Items dispatched on Friday are for delivery the following week. Items ordered over a Bank Holiday will be dispatched the next working day. Please note, shipping times are an estimate, and cannot be guaranteed.

Deliveries outside the UK including those to mainland Europe may be subject to import duty and taxes imposed by your customs as well as clearance charges by the courier. You are responsible for these charges which are not included in the final sales price. Requests for payment of these charges will most likely be made by the agent prior to delivery.

In the highly unlikely event you are not satisfied with your item, please follow the eBay returns procedure.

To return an item for a refund, replacement, or exchange: Find the item in My eBay under Purchase History and select Return this item from the More actions drop-down menu. Select the reason for the return.

All goods are carefully packaged before dispatch. However, accidents do happen. If your order is damaged on delivery, please contact us immediately. Any claim for goods damaged in transit MUST be made within 48 hours of delivery. Please keep all packaging for inspection at the delivery address.

We will be happy to refund any items you are not completely satisfied with providing they are returned to us within 30 days of delivery. Please contact us via the eBay messaging system for more info. Sorry, we will not be able to refund your return postage costs for an exchange.
