We do not guarantee delivery time on all international shipments due to differences in customs clearing times in individual countries, which may affect how quickly your product is inspected.Singapore post delivery time is 15-80 days .Some countries like RUSSIA and BRAZIL may take longer .If you have not received your shipment within 30 days from payment, please contact us. We will track the shipment and get back to you as soon as possible with a reply. Pls ask us to extend the delivery date instead of making dispute .

* Parcel will be carrying by Air Registered Mail of Hongkong post or China post. Estimated shipping time as below:
  - 10-18 business days for UK.
  - 20-35 business days for Canada, Russia, Australia, France, Finland, Spain, Singapore and most of the European countries and Asian countries.
  - 30-45 business days for Brazil, Chile, Belarus, Ukraine, Israel and etc.

* Above shipping time just an estimation, most of the time that the parcel arrives quicker than above estimation, but sometimes there have chance that the parcel arrives slower as depends on the custom clearance. Please kindly understand.
