Makers mark on bottom (unknown)

9 1/2" in diameter.  2" Deep

Bowl has an etched floral pattern with leaves and flowers.  
Condition

Plate has possible lost some luster and has some minor scuffs and scratches.  No significant flaws, but clearly used. 

Thoroughly hand-washed.
