They are fine plastic buttons with a gold base and frosted edge,
with a plastic pearl domed center.
The frosted looking inner edge is created by little indentations which gives it a soft glowing type effect.
Very Nice.
Made of lightweight plastic so they don't pull down your now very lovely outfit.
The back side has a shank for beading or sewing.
