The IEC Micromax microcentrifuge can reach speeds of 13,200rpm/16,750xG and can handle loads up to 48mL (24 x 2.0mL, with the included IEC 851 rotor). It combines powerful, quiet performance in a compact microcentrifuge. The Micromax can be programmed for a particular G-force and its microprocessor-controlled panel automatically calculates the appropriate speed. Also, the run time can be adjusted for different time durations (i.e. one minute, 1-5 minutes, and 5-99 minutes) including untimed runs. This is a user-friendly instrument with high versatility in the lab and is in good condition.
