If the product is faulty or broken on delivery:

Do not hesitate to contact us. We may ask you to take pictures of the broken or faulty item or send it back. As soon as the problem has been dealt with we will send you a replacement immediately.

To return the item for any other reason:

We will ask you to send us the item back and will refund you the amount paid for the item. Unfortunately we cannot refund the amount paid for delivery as the item was delivered and charged.
