PING GOLF equipment sun visor Karsten logo hat 1980s embroidered bill cap
This is a previously-owned, adult-sized, red visor with “Ping” embroidered on the bill (Ping by Karsten brand, 100% cotton). It is a baseball-styled cap and shows slight discoloration on the inner band (see picture). It may need soaked or dry-cleaned for maximum satisfaction if being worn rather than displayed…
Ping is a brand of high-end golf equipment, based in Phoenix, Arizona, founded by Karsten Solheim. Currently, Ping produces clubs in every equipment category: drivers, fairway woods, hybrids, irons and putters (the name “Ping” came from the sound that Solheim heard as the metal struck the ball). The 1A and other Ping putters have revolutionized the putter market with newly found “heel-toe” weighting.
