10 mm Extra Heavy Duty Foamex Foamboard	HEAVY DUTY RIGID PVC FOAMEX - Weatherproof, 10mm thick white plastic foam board sheet (foamex), light weight, strong and durable, easily drilled for screw holes or cable tie fastenings, suitable for internal and external fixing. ALL OF OUR WEATHERPROOF RIGID SIGNS CAN BE ENHANCED WITH THE FOLLOWING OPTIONS AT A COST OF £10 PER ENHANCEMENT

SAV Tape Backing - Double sided tape is applied to the back of the sign, this allows for the sign to be placed on most smooth flat surfaces. (with exceptions)

Anti Vandal Lamination - A clear vinyl is placed over the sign. This means that the design should not be able to be smudged, individual letters are unable to be picked off and any marks should be removed easily without damaging the print.

4 Drill Holes - The sign is pre-drilled with either 2 or 4 holes allowing it to be attached to a variety of surfaces as soon as it arrives. With screws or cable ties etc

Double Sided - The back of the board also has the same design on it, this can be quite useful when ordering Fire Exit Signs.

Clear Reversed - The sign will be printed in reverse on a clear Vinyl - Ideal for use on the inside of windows to show outside.

CLEANING INSTRUCTIONS

Wipe gently with a clean dry cloth, please note many cleaning solutions including white spirit, bleach etc will cause the ink to be removed

We have 2 levels of delivery service. These are... 1. Standard Delivery which is free. For when time is not crucial, this is normally Second Class Royal Mail - delivery 4 - 7 working days. 2. Signed For Delivery which is £13.95 per order ( Northern Ireland, some Scottish Highlands and Islands may require an additional charge). We aim for next day dispatch if payment is received before 10am. Holidays, Bank Holidays and weekends excluded, this is normally delivery within 2-3 working days All of our items are shipped from our warehouse which is located in Bacup Lancashire near Manchester. Alternatively we do offer a click and collect service just use the postcode OL13 0BU to find our collection point. Once your order has been produced we will send an EBAY message to say it is ready for collection WHAT3WORDS ///tornado.poem.cooked       Please ensure that your email/ebay messaging settings are correct as we will send an electronic VAT invoice upon dispatch, most parcels should also contain a paper copy.

Same-day dispatch for all payments received before 12pm (signs 9am).

Orders received after 12pm should be dispatched the next working day - bank holidays, holidays and weekends excluded.

Orders received after 12pm on Friday will be dispatched on the following Monday - bank holidays excluded.

Dispatch times are not the same as delivery times, We are at the mercy of Our Couriers once your order has left our premises, Royal Mail second class is normally 4-7 working days, Please allow at least eight days before contacting us to chase your delivery.

Please don't give us low ratings for dispatch times based on delivery times.

Second class Royal Mail P&P is included for MAINLAND UK only, (certain postcodes excluded).

Customers in Northern Ireland, Ireland & Channel Islands please add £20.00 for carriage.

Customers from the Highlands, Islands or overseas please contact via email for carriage costs. (The sales price does not include overseas carriage costs)

For greater peace of mind, speedier delivery and better security, use our signed for trackable service - GET IT FAST , Parcelforce 24 hour / next day is only £12.99 extra (for orders received before 12pm (signs 9am), orders received after this will be dispatched via courier the next working day) and is available to most mainland UK addresses - Highlands, Islands and overseas please contact us for details. For some larger items this service will be the 48 hour service, as 24 hour is NOT available on larger sized items.

Any problems or queries with non-delivery please submit by e-mail, for a faster reply please supply; eBay ID, method of payment, order date, order value, delivery address, full name & email address.

If any items are damaged in transit, please let us know within 7 days and we will of course send out a replacement at no extra charge.

If you decide that the item is no longer required or the wrong item has been ordered you can return these to us at your cost. 

**Please note that we are unable to accept returns for customised items**

Once the item has been received back with us and in a re-sellable condition we will then issue a refund minus the original posting cost. If you wish to return your item this will need to be within 30 days after your original order date. We are in no way responsible for the return of your items.

Unless there is an issue with the product we are unable to accept returns for custom items.

Orders that are returned due to "failure to deliver" will only be resent at buyers cost!

Royal Mail are now charging for items returned to us due to incorrect address details, no longer at this address, not collected from their sorting offices etc. The charge is £1.50 so any refund that is processed to yourself will be minus this cost and our original postage costs.

Display pictures may differ in colour, brightness or contrast to the actual finished printed Product due to the many variations in Material/ Ink and laptop /PC /Phone screen settings.

Once your order has been dispatched you will automatically receive via email an order dispatch confirmation, please ensure your settings are set up to accept this as this will also include a copy of your invoice

WHEN PURCHASING PLEASE LEAVE IN THE COMMENTS BOX OF YOUR ORDER YOUR REQUIRED PERSONALISATION.

There is no limit to the number of words that you can have on the sign, we do advise though that the more words you have then the smaller the final text will be. Our recommendation would be to have 3-4 words across and then 4-5 lines, but this will also depend on the rotation of the sign e.g vertical, horizontal, Portrait , Landscape

We also recommend messaging us directly via the "contact seller"

Examples of the personalisation are;

If you require text on specifically different lines please ensure you send the message stating which line has what text.

ebay removes all spacing and line breaks (even if you lay it out with spacing and new lines etc - it will ALL. Be removed automatically by EBAY

Due to this if your text is NOT laid out as stated

we will NOT be responsible for any text in different places to what you would like

however if your happy for us to use our common sense and years of experience,

We will lay out the best way we feel appropriate, for the sizes, shape and orientation of the sign you have purchased.

We copy and paste your requested wording directly from EBAY comments or messages, you are responsible for spellings, punctuation etc, we will supply EXACTLY as requested, so please check carefully, we do not correct any miss-spellings, punctuation etc.

Logos, pictures, photographs, images can be added, EPS format is preferred but we can work with other file formats

Please keep an eye on your ebay messages regularly in case we need to contact you about any adjustments or alterations with your order

If we do not receive your custom information 7 days after your order has been placed then your order will be produced without any information, we will be unable to issue any reprints or refunds in this instance.

EBAY penalises sellers if orders are delayed, therefore as standard we will not send proof of artwork, however, if requested it can be arranged.

Any multi buys will be produced for the SAME personalisation if you require various personalisations please purchase via separate orders
