You are looking at two miniature brown and white seals.  I do believe they are the same seal as I can see no difference in them.  They measure approximately 1 3/4 inches tall and 2 1/2 inches long. 

This auction is being sold in good condition.  The bottom of the seals do have areas with a yellow discoloration.  There is no markings on them to indicate when or where they were made.
