Up for bid is a 1989 Winners Circle uncut strip featuring #4 Tiny Lund. Card is in Ex condition with light scratching and surface wear. A few uncut sheets were unused because of scratching and other flaws and these strips were cut from them. This series was issue as a "say NO! to drugs" program. They were distributed at the race tracks a few cards at a time. Cards were spreadout at different race tracks making it very difficult to complete the sets. Also cards are hard to find in a high grade. Scan may show a pattern on the photo which is not on the card.
