We use USPS and FedEx Ground services to ship
Orders placed before 1:00PM EST (Monday - Friday) will be shipped out the same day.
We do NOT ship on the weekends.

Non Payment: Non paid items will be handled through eBay as per our policy.
Domestic Shipping: We use United States Postal Services (Priority Mail) and FedEx (Ground), we will select the best shipping method for your parcel.
Standard USPS or FedEx shipping rates apply to lower 48 States only. Additional surcharge applies to PUERTO RICO, HAWAII, ALASKA & OTHER US TERRITORIES. Please contact us for rates. Orders are normally shipped within one business day, after payment is received. (WE CANNOT SHIP ON WEEKENDS)

All LIFT SUPPORTS sold carry a LIMITED LIFETIME manufactures warranty against defect factory defects (not wear & tear), this is a parts only warranty, and does not cover and labor, towing, car rental, or any other expense.
Warranty Claims: Please email or call us with your warranty claim including: your reason for return, full name, eBay item number, date of purchase or PayPal transaction invoice or number, so we may process the claim.
14 DAY HASSLE FREE RETURNS!
Return Policy: We gladly accept returns for items purchased within a 14 day period, provided it is still in the original packaging, not used nor damaged. A full refund will be credited back to you upon receiving the item back and being inspected, less our original shipping cost to you, this applies to "free shipping" orders as well.
Auto Express will not pay for any return shipping for any item that may be defective or have any shipping damage that is shipped out of the 48 lower
contiguous states of the USA. However, if the items are shipped within the 48 lower
contiguous states we will be more than happy to assist with any item that may be
damaged or have a manufacturers defect.
Please contact us by eBay message to obtain an RMA number prior to sending your item back.
