it is in a size small, please read measures. Shoulder to Shoulder 16 1/2".

Sleeve measures 8 1/2" long with skinny arms. from shoulder to hem 27 1/2"

Waist measures 40". Manufacturer  by Skirtmakers. fashion knits, made from 55% acetate 35% nylon.. neck size

15 M 15 1/2 neck. The design looks to be a Christmas tree in a stamp, not sure. 

No holes tears or stains.
