Payment

• We'll accept money orders, bank deposit, and bank cheque.
• Personal cheque is also accepted, but item will only be shipped once the cheque is cleared. (Approx 3 business day)
• We also accept credit card payments by PayPal.
• We also accept secure credit card payment by contacting us.

Addition information:

• Please leave us your phone number after you buy our items, as our carrier needs it for delivery.

Shipping

We ship to mainland Australia and Tasmania, and pick-up available. (pick up no postage and handing fee charge)

We will ship your product within two working days of receiving full payment.

Shipping cost:

Most items have been put the postage cost on single item (some are free postage item), except the large package (Beauty Bed, or combine postage).

• When you purchase goods please make sure your eBay account has the correct delivery address (PO BOX is not valid for Beauty Bed, and Large Equipments), and please leave your mobile / daytime number.
• When you purchase multi items, please request the total price from us or using the link "Request total" in the check out.
• We will send you an updated invoice that includes the shipping cost.
• You can now submit your payment and complete your transaction.

Returns

• All auction Sales and Winning Bids are Final.
• We can not afford to accept returns for any reason. Because we work on very low margins.
• Report missing pieces within 5 days receipt, otherwise we may not be held responsible.
• Buyer pays all shipping costs!!!
• Return must be received in new condition with original packaging.
• Return item must be subject to a minimum 15% restocking fee if you qualify for a credit for return.
• We can not be held responsible for lost, stolen or damage when insurance is not purchased.
