Here is a rare certificate with a seal and original dog tag of the sailor / Navy officer

It reads : domain of Neptunus REX ruler of the raging main to our sailors wherever you may be and to all mermaids sea serpents whales sharks porpoises  dolphins skates eels suckers lobsters and crabs pollywogs in all living things of the sea Greetings  know ye that on this 24th day of January 1921 in the latitude 0000 and the longitude 81°00 there appeared with in the limits of olive oil domain the USS Kanawha beat remembered that the said vessel and offices crew there of have been inspected and passed on by ourselves in a royal staff and be known by all you sailors Marines landlubbers and others who may be honored by his presence that EDWARD MICHAEL ST LOUIS having been found worthy to be numbered as one of our trusty show box has been gathered to fold and Dooley initiated into the Solemn mysteries of the ancient order of the deep.  Be it further understood that by virtue of the power invested in me and I do hereby me command all my subjects to show do honor and respect to him whenever he may enter OUR REALM

The certificate also has a seal with a red white and blue ribbon
