WHAT METHODS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?

All purchases require immediate payment which is processed securely and safely by PayPal. We unfortunately do not accept payment by any other method.

I DON'T HAVE A PAYPAL ACCOUNT

If you do not have a PayPal account you can complete your purchase without registering for one. Once you have clicked checkout in eBay you will be taken to a PayPal sign in page on which you will see an option to pay without a PayPal account. In such instances you can make payment using a credit or debit card.

To ensure your order reaches you promptly, and in the same condition that it left our warehouse, we despatch all our deliveries using reputable courier companies. So that you can order with complete confidence, a signature will be required on delivery.

Please note that for a single order containing more than one item, you may receive more than one parcel.

UK Standard Delivery

If you spend over £75 delivery is free of charge, only if the item is a full priced product. However, on occasion we run Free Postage and Packaging so if that's the case on while order, the minimum spend amount will not apply. Our UK Standard Delivery charge is £6.99 per order. This amount is only charged once per order, regardless of how many items you order, or how many parcels we despatch.

Your order will be delivered to you between Monday and Friday, except for Bank Holidays.

We regret that we are not able to guarantee a time for delivery.

For most UK mainland and Northern Ireland addresses, your order will usually be with you within 2-4 working days following the date your order is placed. In periods of high demand it may take a little longer.

Delivery to more remote areas, such as the Highlands and islands, may take up to 3-5 additional working days.

Standard International (Zone A) – includes: Eire

For our Standard International (Zone A) delivery we use reputed International Courier Services. Please allow up to 3 working days for your order to reach you. The delivery cost is currently £10 for up to 3 items.

Please note that prices quoted on this site include UK VAT only; this is payable on all orders. Some international deliveries may be subject to local duty and custom charges, for which you will be responsible.

There is no need to contact us in advance of returning an item, unless it is faulty, damaged or not as described.

If you’re unhappy with the goods for any reason, please return your item to us with your receipt. We’re happy to offer a refund or exchange on unused items returned within 28 days of despatch. As we do not offer a fitting service please ensure your footwear is entirely suitable before use.

Simply complete all sections of the Returns Form on the bottom of the Delivery Note sent with your order, and enclose it in your return parcel. (If you have lost your form, please print a returns form to complete.) Package the item(s) carefully in the original packaging and a secure outer wrapper, and send the parcel back

Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment. It will be processed in 7 working days after receipt of product in original packaging and unused.

If the item is faulty we’re happy to offer a refund or exchange where available, we will also refund the original delivery charge (if applicable), but not if it is ‘simply unwanted’.
