1937 Photograph of Elizabeth Towbin as she gives her eyewitness account of the Hindenburg disaster at Lakehurst, New Jersey. She was married to crew member and was sitting in her car waiting for him and watched the entire disaster. A fantastic piece of history from the International News and one that we have never seen before.
