All items are shipped from our warehouse in Sydney, Australia. Strictly no pickup.
We ship Your order/s within 2 business days after receipt of payment. Your order/s will be very well wrapped in bubble wrap and placed in a padded bubble bag or packing box.
  
Australian Customers: Your order will be posted via either Australia Post with tracking, or Aramex Couriers with tracking (whichever method we deem to be more suitable for your purchase). Express eParcel Post with tracking is also available upon selection through checkout. If you would like postage insurance please select the option through checkout (optional but recommended).
International Customers: Your order will be posted via Australia Post Registered Air Mail with tracking. If you would like postage insurance please select the option through checkout (optional but recommended).

We offer a combined postage & handling discount for multiple items purchased, as follows: Full postage & handling charge for first (dearest) postage, then a 50% postage & handling discount for each additional item purchased and paid for together (in the same transaction).
Combined postage discount is valid for up to 4 days from date of 1st purchase. Please wait until you have completed all of your purchases and we have sent final combined invoice before paying to be eligible for the combined P&H. If you pay in separate transactions combined P&H will not apply. |

We offer a full guarantee and Australian warranty on our products (12 months, unless stated otherwise) against manufacturer faults. If goods arrive with a fault please contact us immediately before sending the item back. Buyers are responsible for all P&H charges on return items. Refund exchange or repair will be issued once the item has been assessed. Refund only applies for the cost of the item (excluding all P&H charges).
Warranty will be void if products are misused, mishandled or modified in any way. We do not offer refunds for customers who change their mind after purchasing an item. A 20% restocking fee will apply. |
