This listing is for a Miniature Antique Quebec Folk Art Painted Wood Sculpture by Andre Bourgault establishment in his early years of commercializing folk Art wood carvings of native fishermen and wood workers and such and their significant others.

One female hand carved and painted in great detail   about 2 5/8 inches tall overall including base with patina and in excellent antique as shown condition .

Base measures about 15/16 inches by 29/32 inches . Suggestion was made by not a very friendly person that nose is damaged . While nose is not done very anatomically well, it looks as though that is how it was made with chops to create everything from eyes to month with central part being the nose having come out less than a perfect  , otherwise looking at it , with bare eyes the facial looks great including what represents the nose. So I see it as being in excellent original condition with less than a perfect nose . I have rephotographed and added 8 additional images taken outside in daylight for your review.

Stamp marked Andre Bourgault with no other notes except 125 00 and 225 00 hand written on base . Please note that stamp only says Andre Bourgault so simply it is Andre Bourgault work and not others who he commissioned todo similar pieces. This miniature piece are so very heart warming and folksy. It is rather small.

5 grams total net weight.

I will gladly combine shipping whenever possible.

All shipments will be Insured with the exception of specific items listed to be shipped by Postal First Class Mail or Media Mail which will travel Uninsured at buyer's risk. I pack extremely well.

Great News On International shipments: Ebay has instituted a new International Shipment Option around March of 2020 Which is Insured up to $100 USD, Shows Delivery Confirmation and uses First Class. This option has resolved Issues with First Class Shipments which cannot be insured and did not show a delivery confirmation, hence I am adding a Shipment option called EBAY INTERNATIONAL STANDARD DELIVERY which in general is cheaper and roughly about half the cost of Priority Mail offered on Items that are under $100 and under 4 lbs of weight. If you do not see this option, ask for it and I will add it to the listing if I have missed to do so.Please note that in some cases the difference between priority mail and eBay International Standard Delivery is much less than 50% . In some cases about 19%  and less. This is because First Class is the method ebay International Standard Delivery uses and First Class uses larger denominations as oppose to 1 ounce at a time and I think like Half Pound or One Pound at a time.Look for this new option under shipping tab.

For combined shipping and saving on shipment of multiple items together, add items to cart, goto cart and request total for multiple shipments.
