The book is 11 by 8 ½ inches. The cover is good with some slight wear and rubbing The spine end is good with some light wear. The boards and corners are nice with some minor denting and wear,. The hinges and binding are tight and strong. The pages are bright and clean with some minor foxing, some writing and marks on a few pages, book is nice.
