The book measures approx. 11 by 8 inches. The cover is good with some slight wear and rubbing, slightly dusty and dirty from use and long storage. The spine end is good with some light wear. The boards and corners are nice with some minor denting and wear,. The hinges and binding are tight and strong. The pages are bright and clean with some minor foxing, a few folded page corners, book is nice.
