Changes to Shipping or Address
Shipping labels are generated automatically at checkout and cannot be changed afterwards. If incorrect details are entered, we must cancel the order so you can re-order with the correct information.

Orders placed before 1pm (Mon-Fri) are dispatched the same working day. Orders made after 1pm, on weekends or holidays are sent the next working day.

Combined Shipping Discounts
Discounts apply when items are purchased in a single checkout. We cannot combine postage for separate transactions. International parcels are limited to 2 kg.

Returns must be made within the timeframe shown in the Returns section of the eBay listing. Items must be returned in brand new, sealed and resaleable condition. A restocking fee of 15% may be deducted from your refund to cover original postage and sales fees.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, and we cannot be held liable for returns that are lost in transit. We strongly recommend using a fully tracked and insured service.

If you ordered the incorrect item and would prefer an exchange instead of a refund, please include £2.50 inside the package to cover return postage, along with a note clearly stating the item number you require. All returns must include the eBay username of the original purchasing account.
