Sales Tax:

All Iowa Ebayers Please Note that all sales in Iowa after July 1st, 2008 via Ebay auction or Buy it Now will be charged 7% sales tax as per Iowa Law. We do not do this by choice, but it is what Uncle Sam says we must do so we apologize for any inconvenience it may cause. This will apply ONLY to Ebayers who have an Iowa Residence on file, or are having a purchase shipped to an Iowa address.

Gas or Fuel TANK BIDDERS USA ONLY:

Please NOTE: Gas or fuel tank auctions are only open to bidders in the lower 48 US States. We do NOT ship gas tanks outside of the US without exception as we have tried 3 times and all 3 times they were stopped by customs as hazardous or dangerous items just do to fumes as they were completely dry. We are happy to ship any other item world wide, but just not gas tanks. We apologize for any inconvenience this causes.

Payment:

We do require payment in full within 7 days of purchase weather through an Ebay auction or if you use a Buy It Now option. If you have any trouble making payment or have any questions about how to make payment please email us for assistance.  On INTERNATIONAL ORDERS we can accept PAY PAL PAYMENTS ONLY.

Shipping and Combined shipping discounts:

We ship items out within one business day of receiving payment. Items which are paid for on Fridays will generally be shipped out the following Monday, unless the payment is received early Friday morning in which case we may still be able to ship the item out Friday afternoon. We are unable to ship on any US holiday in which the USPS is closed, but we will ship the very next possible business day.  We are also unable to ship on Saturdays or Sundays as our local USPS in our small town of 2,000 is closed those days. 

Please NOTE that as a seller we are now charged final value fees not only on the item purchased, but also on the shipping fees by Ebay and Pay Pal so we do have to include those fees in the shipping rate.  Furthermore  please know that we are not a one man operation and do incur many more costs in packaging and handling to get an item from our shelf to your door then just what the USPS charges.  We ship all of our US items via USPS Priority mail unless otherwise listed, and international shipments are generally shipped via USPS First Class Mail International except on items or shipments weighing over four pounds.  When the shipment is over four pounds and being shipped outside of the US it is shipped via USPS Priority Mail international as that is what is required by the USPS.   

Anything shipped via USPS Priority Mail in the US is insured for up to $50 so if you receive an item that has shipping damage, or if you receive a damaged package and the item has fallen out you can file an insurance claim by going to the USPS web sight  They are easy to work with and quick to settle and filing a claim generally takes only 5 to 10 minutes.  We do give a shipping discount on multiple item purchases. For US shipping we guarantee a minimum of $4 off on shipping on each item purchased after the first (When all being shipped together), sometimes we will give an even larger discount depending on size and quantity of purchased items. We will also give a shipping discount on international orders with more than one item, but those discounts will be done on a case by case basis. If you are bidding on multiple items please wait to pay until all of the items you are bidding on have ended, and until you have received a combined invoice from us reflecting the reduced shipping. Alaska, Hawaii, US Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico, Guam:

Please NOTE: These areas will be subject to a higher shipping fee then the one that is posted on the listing on LARGER items that can not be shipped flat rate. For example seats, windshields, front forks, etc. We have to list with one flat rate fee for the entire US, but it is obviously higher to ship to your areas from here is the center of the US (Iowa) so there will be an extra charge. To find out what actual shipping will be to your address PLEASE email us for a quote. I apologize for the inconvenience, but that is how the shipping rates work. If you are unsure if something would be considered a large item or not PLEASE ASK. Thanks for your support.

Canadian Buyers:

Canadian Buyers may be eligible for an international shipping discount as we are not all that far from Canada. To check if an item is eligible please contact us via email BEFORE bidding or purchasing the item. After purchasing or after auction has ended you may be charged the posted shipping amount.

Sorry but NO PHONE CALLS please, and we do NOT allow for local pickup as all items must be shipped out via USPS ONLY.) We may not have all the answers that you are looking for, but we will try to help.  If you are wondering if a part you see listed will fit a different year or model motorcycle then what we listed it as having come from, then the best way to find out would be for you to try contacting your local dealers parts department as many parts (not all obviously) will interchange with many bikes but we are unable to tell you exactly what is interchangeable and checking with a dealer is always the best way to find out.
