  Absolutely no returns on electrical components. This policy is in place because often we can't tell if a returned electrical part has internal damage. This is an industry return standard to protect buyers from previously returned electrical items, improperly installed or damaged by user error.

We guarantee that the part number(s) being listed is/are the part number(s) being sold.  Whenever possible, we show clear photos of the parts(s) being sold to assist the buyer in making a correct decision. If the listing you are interested in does not have any photos of the item, feel free to request photos.  It is the buyer's responsibility to order the correct part number and to verify that the part number being purchased is the part number that is needed. For these reasons and many more, this makes fitment almost impossible to guarantee.   

 

For these reasons we will not pay for return shipping on incorrect fitment information. Even if the buyer feels we have incorrect fitment information included in our listing, so please be sure to order the correct part number and look carefully at all the listing photos when available.  Returns are also subject to up to 50% re-stocking fee after item is received and inspected.  If an item is returned in unsellable condition, damaged, or is not returned in its original packaging, it may not qualify for a full refund or any refund at all.
