If the board matches the pictures and identification numbers, photographs are not required.

If the board looks different, has a different number, or the customer is uncertain, please send clear pictures through eBay messages before purchasing.

If the board does not match, do not purchase the service.

PROBLEMS WE MAY REPAIR

This repair service covers known issues for Samsung LED main boards (

such as:

- TV stuck on Smart TV logo screen or continuous boot loop (restarting over and over)

- TV turns on, standby light blinks, but there is no video display

- TV turns on and immediately shuts off or power cycles randomly

- HDMI inputs not working, not detecting devices, or displaying No Signal

- TV has sound/audio but no picture display

- Smart TV applications, Wi-Fi connection, or network menu freezing constantly

Please note that these same symptoms may also be caused by other boards or components, such as power supply boards, T-Con boards, or damaged LED backlights. Purchasing the service does not guarantee that the board is the cause of the complete equipment problem.

HOW THE SERVICE WORKS

- Customer purchases the repair service

- STARTBOY1010 sends an eBay message with shipping instructions and next steps

- The message is normally sent within approximately one hour during normal business hours or later the same day

- Purchases outside normal business hours may receive a response the next business day

- Customer packages and mails the original board

- Customer includes a note with name, eBay username, order number, equipment model, and detailed symptoms

- STARTBOY1010 inspects, diagnoses, repairs, and tests the board

- The customer's original repaired board is returned

WHAT TO SEND

Send only the circuit board shown in the listing.

Do not send the complete equipment, metal plate, cables, screws, remote control, or other parts unless requested.

25 DOLLAR NON-REFUNDABLE DIAGNOSTIC FEE

A non-refundable 25 dollar diagnostic and inspection fee applies when:

- The board tests good

- No defect is found

- The wrong board is sent

- The problem is caused by another component

- The board is damaged beyond repair

- The board has severe liquid damage, corrosion, fire damage, or a cracked PCB

- Components, connectors, pads, or traces are missing or damaged

- Previous repair attempts prevent a successful repair

- The customer declines an additional repair charge

- The technician determines the board cannot be safely or reliably repaired

25 dollars will be retained for inspection and diagnosis.

The remaining repair amount will be refunded when applicable.

Any eBay selling fees, transaction fees, advertising fees, or other charges that are not credited or returned to the seller by eBay are non-refundable and may be deducted from any applicable refund.

Shipping charges are not included in the diagnostic fee and are non-refundable once the shipping service has been used.

IMPORTANT LIMITATIONS

The service covers only repairable electronic failures located on the approved board.

It does not cover problems caused by:

- Other boards

- Display panels

- LED backlights

- Power supplies

- Wiring

- Cables

- External devices

- Motors

- Mechanical parts

- Other components

Severe physical damage, liquid damage, corrosion, lightning damage, and fire damage are not covered unless approved before shipment.

Installation, board removal, labor charges, service calls, and onsite technician expenses are not included.

STARTBOY1010 is not responsible for an incorrect diagnosis made before purchasing the service.

PACKAGING RECOMMENDATIONS

Recommend that the customer:

- Package the board carefully

- Use protective material

- Use a box or another suitable shipping container

- Prevent excessive movement inside the package

- Reasonably protect the connectors

- Keep the tracking information
