25 DOLLAR NON-REFUNDABLE DIAGNOSTIC FEE

A non-refundable 25 dollar diagnostic and inspection fee applies when:

- No defect is found

- The wrong board is sent

- The problem is caused by another component

- The board is damaged beyond reasonable repair

- The board has severe liquid damage, corrosion, fire damage, or a cracked PCB

- Components, connectors, pads, or traces are missing

- The customer declines an additional repair charge

- The technician determines that the board cannot be safely or reliably repaired

STARTBOY1010 will retain 25 dollars for the inspection and diagnosis.

The remaining repair amount will be refunded when applicable.

Any eBay selling fees, transaction fees, advertising fees, or other charges that are not credited or returned to the seller by eBay are non-refundable and may be deducted from any applicable refund.

Shipping charges are not included in the diagnostic fee and are non-refundable once the shipping service has been used.
