You have 7 days after you receive the item to make a claim. If we don’t have a replacement for that used part, you can pay a difference to get it new or have the credit store.
If the item is broken during shipping we will work with you & the Post office or ups to assure a speedy resolution of the situation (as fast as possible - considering the speed of the Post Office and UPS these days). We will not give refunds because of "dislike issues". All photo's and descriptions will be described to the best of our ability (sometimes we use pics as a sample and we usually put that in the add). The used parts that we put for sale come from cars we salvage or auctions so we believe they are working fine but we cannot test them before sending them to you. So if you have any problem with them please contact us for us to help you find a solution.
