The PTFE reusable hose ends are easier to install than cutter-style fittings and more user-friendly. With their compression-style design, they can be reused without damaging the fitting, and the nipple pilot prevents damage to the inner tube. Replacement / spare olives are also available.
The PTFE hose fittings mechanically clamp onto the PTFE hose core to provide the maximum seal possible and separately clamp the stainless steel outerbraid to achieve the strongest possible hose retention.
Their one-piece design allows for improved flow and eliminates two potential leak points (brazed joints).
Manufactured using stainless steel that meet or exceed minimum requirements for aerospace hose fittings. Each component is precision-machined to exact tolerances for trouble-free performance.
Stainless steel retention pins allow 360 degrees of adjustment after installation.
