Learn to shimmy with effortless control, while layering it with popular bellydance moves that are sure to give depth and variety to your dance repertoire. Amanda starts by taking you through shimmy drills to develop single leg technique, double leg technique, relevé, and much more. Once you become comfortable with the shimmy, you will add it to other moves to create dynamic layers. Then you will take your dance to the next level by combining traveling movements with your new-found shimmy mastery. Included is an in-depth technique and drill section where you will put it all together and learn combinations. Amanda also demonstrates modern trends and gives you ideas on movement usage so you can create your own style. Running time 120 minutes. 16:9; NTSC all regions.

 The DVDs we offer are NTSC All Region (also referred to as 0). This means that our DVDs will play in 99 percent of the DVD players in the world.

RETURN POLICY:

- Mishap orders: You received a different item than what you ordered;  *Items must be in their original, sealed packaging
 
- Defective items: Notify us first. If your order contained a mishap or defective item, contact us by email and we will send a replacement or return postage box. We do not issue refunds, only replacements. Products sent back to us without authorization will not be refunded or replaced.
