We got this from the spare parts crib at a very technically elaborate and well maintained candle factory. This is probably a spare part (but USED) for some type of packaging machine. I probably can’t sell it because I don’t know how to title it!

Here is what I can say: The Elesa turn counters display 20 counts per revolution and the screw pitch is 0.2 inches so the display will indicate the movement of the nut like thingy in 0.001 inch increments. The shaft is 0.75 “ dia. under the screw. There is NO “lash” in the screw.
