We take great care packaging every item to ensure safe shipment to you. We charge a postage fee only to cover our costs of materials and labour. Once your order has been processed and we have received cleared payment, your item will be dispatched as soon as possible. Orders are normally dispatched within 1 working day after payment (Monday to Friday) dependant on stock levels. Any orders received over the weekend will be dispatched on Monday. All items are sent by Second Class post unless stated otherwise.

If your order is received faulty or not as described, we do offer a full refund policy. Please advise of a return requests in writing via email, messaging or returns system via EBay within 7 working days after the goods have been delivered, (notification by phone is not acceptable). The goods must be returned to us within 28 days of receiving your item. The return postage is refundable. Please ensure they are returned in re-saleable condition and with all original packaging and protective bags, however small. Once we have received the goods back a full refund will be issued through Paypal.
