We got this from the plant closing sale of a jet engine repair facility.

 I wish I had a manual for this – it looks cool. The power supply is gone and the 6 volt NiCd battery was bad so I wired in my lab power supply and it came right up.

You push both “ON” buttons at the same time and a POST comes up. The POST is passed and you get a menu on the screen. The 8 side buttons select menu items leading to other menus and then to activities.

 It looks like you just plug in a scope probe and use it as a DSO or put it in the FFT mode and get a display of the harmonics and amplitude.  Last calibration was 1998.

 Now your PC can do all this for less money.
