The set is NEW and MINT IN THE PACKAGE! The set includes a sheet of decals as shown in the photos plus a full color placement guide. The decals are brand new and in excellent condition.
Please note that decals are always shipped packed between two stiff sheets of cardboard to ensure safe delivery.
