We got this from the spare parts crib at a closed drug company.

I think it’s from some long dead EMS company like Anderson Cornelius.

The Thermistor is assuredly the 2.2 K series. I stuck one in a water bath and got

2920 ohms at about 66 deg. F.  and

920 ohms at about 122 deg. F.

The cover plate is brushed stainless steel.
