Don't worry! If you've changed your mind or no longer need the products you have ordered, you can cancel an order at any time before your order is shipped to you and within a further 60 days after the day of delivery. If you wish to cancel please contact us directly as soon as possible and we will do our best to arrange this for you.

If the products are delivered to you, you must return them to us as safely as soon as it's reasonably possible for you to do so. Sorry we are unable to refund your postal fees.

What happens if a product is faulty or doesn't do what it's supposed to do?

We're really sorry about that! We know how annoying it can be when a product has or develops a fault or does not do what its supposed to. Mostly we can resolve issues with faulty items without the need to return the item, but when we do ask it be returned because you believe it may be faulty, we will look at the product(s) and, if they are faulty, we will sort the fault, replace or refund the faulty products.

As you would expect, we can't refund, repair or exchange your products where the fault has been caused by an accident, neglect, misuse or normal wear and tear.

Most importantly we have been trading on eBay since 2010 so you can be assured we will look after you!
