The polycarbonate rear housing covers the wires are attached on the rear of the plug with large set screws terminals that support wires as large as 12AWG. This is the Schuko connector Nerve Audio uses to terminate their AXON 12P and AXON 16P power cables. Great product for custom power cable termination, DIY projects, or keep a set as spares for mobile sound reinforcement or touring situations.
