1960s United States of America Patriotic Shaking Hands Coat of Arms 6" Decal

Here up for sale is a vintage, probably 1950s-'60s United States of America Coat of Arms decal.  The shaking-hands logo has some political significance I believe, but I'm not sure what exactly.  It could be a Democratic symbol or labor union related.  I believe that this holding hands symbol most closely resembles the symbol the United Nations used when they declared 1965 as International Cooperation Year, but you decide.  Decal measures about 6" tall by 4.5" wide.  Reverse side of decal mentions the J.M. Wright manufacturer in Chicago.

There is a small amount of curling in the decal from age, but it could be straightened out or just use as it is and it will apply to a surface fine.  Minor manufacturing printing defects and corner wear marks may be present.  Soak in water about 30 seconds, apply to a smooth surface, pat lightly with a paper towel to remove any air bubbles, and let dry...the adhesive is still good.
