Nicol Nicoll - Arrival of the Blue Train, Winter Snow Here up for sale is an original snow scene painting by Nicol Nicoll titled "Arrival of the Blue Train", signed N.- Nicoll in printed letters. Painting measures about 12" wide by 9" tall and appears to be painted with Gouache opaque watercolor type paint. Nicely matted with a brass colored nameplate, which notes Nicoll was born in 1923, and painting is mounted under glass. Outer frame dimensions are about 18.6" wide by 15.6" tall. Wooden black painted frame has some paint chipping loss mostly on the left side as shown. Framed painting is ready to hang.
