The set is NEW and MINT IN THE PACKAGE! The set includes a sheet of decals as shown in the photos, plus a black and white placement guide. The decals are brand new and in excellent condition.
Please note that I always ship decals packed between two stiff sheets of cardboard to ensure safe delivery.
