It's the year 1715 and you have been chosen to create a city from scratch, and also to manage it. You are given a piece of empty land and must build roads and houses, make farms to produce food and as the population grows, add public buildings such as churches, markets, schools, pubs and even hospitals - in fact everything a fully functioning city requires.

In a rapidly expanding City you need money to maintain it and continue it's growth - taxation is the best way to do this - use it wisely and your city will blossom! Your responsibilities don't stop at just bricks and mortar - you must keep in mind at all times that your citizens will require food and entertainment, or they will demand you to be replaced!

The game features several original takes on the sim genre, such as puzzle missions, as well as an addictive campaign mode each with ten varied missions of increasing difficulty designed to test your skills of strategy to the limit. The open game mode lets you live out your City building desires to the full, as there are no set objectives you must meet. With its very addictive and fun game play Create City is easy to pick up, but difficult to put down!

The "Standard" S&H fee during checkout is for standard First Class International mail.  If you prefer a different method you can manually adjust there total at checkout to reflect their choice OR email us with the item number, your country and shipping method and we'll send you a new invoice. US funds only. S&H fees are not negotiable.  Any import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.    We offer discounted S&H rates on additional purchases for both US and international customers. Discounts vary - US customer's rates are calculated by starting with the most expensive rate and taking 50% off the rates on each additional item.  International combined S&H fees are usually more expensive.  Please email us after you're done winning with all the auction numbers and your mailing address and we'll calculate the discounted rates then send you a new invoice.  You're also welcome to contact us with the item numbers BEFORE you bid to confirm combined S&H costs. 

In order to receive discounted S&H rates on additional items, all items must be paid for with ONE payment & ship in one package.  Please note only software & books can be shipped via Media Mail - combining software & books with something else may not result in reduced S&H rates.
