Ecliptec ECS5150C   20.480 Mhz Reference Oscillator

This is a +- 5ppm Reference oscillator from -20 C to +70 C.  Frequency is 20.480 Mhz. These were made for precision reference oscillator for communications equipment.

Supply voltage is 5.0 Volts, Output is HCMOS

Size is 18.3 mm x 11.7 mm x 4.5 mm thick       (approx 0.72 inches  by 0.46 inches  by  0.18 inches)

Pinout:  Pin 1 is missing, Pin 2 is ground, pin 3 is the output and pin 4 is Vcc (5 volts)

The trim range is +- 3 ppm minimum

Crystals age from the day they are made. High grade crystals age less per year as time goes on. These are new stock that were mfg in 1999 so most of the crystal ageing has taken place which will reduce future aging curves once you have set the freq

These will be much more stable than the 1 ppm / year spec. If you divide the freq by 2048 (ie 2^11) you will have a VERY accurate 10 Khz low phase noise source , perfect to lock a frequency synthesizer to for your HAM or related projects.
