4-input Analog Audio Source Card to expand the capacity of an HLX Matrix Distribution System.

This card provides four pairs of analog stereo audio inputs, as well as IR outputs for up to four audio sources.

Like most Audio Authority products, the 2174 comes with a one year limited warranty from the manufacturer.

Overview

Audio Only Sources

The 2174 adds four 2-channel analog audio sources to an HLX matrix configuration for a maximum of 16 sources per system. The 2174 is the only source card that can be installed in slot 4, so even a configuration with 12 video sources can accommodate four more audio sources. The IR output jack provides a control pathway to send IR signals to sources from remote zone receivers via the Cat 5 zone cables.

How to Order

Order the 2174 as part of a custom HLX Modular Matrix. Use the HLX Configurator to build a matrix system to your requirements. Call your Audio Authority Account Manager with questions or to order your custom HLX configuration by telephone.

USA Shipping Options

USPS Priority Mail
Air service that provides 1 to 3 day delivery to US addresses. It includes basic tracking information as well as Delivery Confirmation. Saturday delivery is included at no additional charge.

USPS Priority Mail Express
Premium air service that provides overnight delivery to most (but not all) US addresses. Better tracking and faster delivery than Priority Mail. Saturday delivery is included at no additional charge.

USPS Ground Advantage
Economy ground service, typically a few days slower than priority mail, depending upon your distance.

International Shipping Options

Priority Mail Express International (aka EMS)
Our preferred international shipping method for all international shipments because it offers the best tracking as well as the fastest and most dependable delivery.

Priority Mail International
Available for items under $300 in value. Cost is somewhat lower, although delivery gets less priority than PMEI.

First Class Mail International
Economy service for items weighing less than 4 pounds and valued at under $100. This is the least expensive international shipping option, but the savings comes at the expense of tracking - scanning is not mandatory, so this service does not provide reliable tracking information, and the post office will not trace delayed or lost packages.

EIS (eBay International Shipping)
This is a premium expedited shipping service where your total cost, including import duties and taxes, are known and paid during checkout. eBay assumes full responsibility for the safe delivery of your shipment.

If you would prefer shipping via mail, and to take responsibility for your own import duties and fees, we sometimes offer similar listings that offer that option (Search for the same item without "EIS" in the title). If you can't find what you need, please don't hesitate to contact us.

Warranty

Manufacturer's Warranty Statement

Dahua Technology USA Inc. (“Dahua”) warrants to the original purchaser, but only if the original purchaser is a U.S.- or Canada-based Dahua-authorized distributor (“Distributor”), that any new Dahua-branded hardware product (“Product”) purchased directly from Dahua will be free from defects in material and workmanship, when given normal, intended, and proper usage, for the applicable Standard Warranty Period set forth in the table below. All warranty periods begin on the date of Product shipment by Distributor to the dealer, systems integrator, reseller, or other third-party customer of Distributor (‘Dealer”), or the Dealer’s designee. To the extent the Product is resold by Distributor directly to a Dealer that is a participant in Dahua’s All-Star Partner Program, the All-Star Warranty Period will apply to that Product in lieu of the Standard Warranty Period.

International Customers

Since Dahua offers warranty support to authorized dealers only, please contact Cable Solutions directly if you need warranty support. This means that you must return the item to Cable Solutions for all warranty repair or replacement issues. You will be responsible for all shipping/handling expenses.

Defective Merchandise

Defective merchandise will be repaired or replaced as described above.

Non-defective Merchandise

All non-defective returns are subject to restocking fees. Here are some examples of the fees:

Un-opened merchandise

All un-opened returns are subject to a 10% (minimum) restocking fee.

Opened merchandise

B-Stock or "open box" electronic devices - 15% (minimum)

New electronic devices - 20% (minimum)

Shipping/handling fees are not refundable and you will be responsible for all shipping/handling expenses related to the return. In the case of items with "free shipping", customary shipping/handling fees will be added to your restocking fees.

In order to qualify for the rates shown above, we must receive your return within the first 14 days following the day you receive your order. In cases where the item is returned incomplete, or in less than perfect condition, we will evaluate the restocking fees on a case by case basis.
