The PV-RC400HD is a mini metal bullet-style camera from Lawmate and  is the world's smallest true fisheye camera! The camera features  switchable FOVs (field of view): shoot in 1080p @ 30fps with a 130  degree field of view for an accurate view of what you would normally see looking straight ahead; or, shoot in 720p @ 60fps in fisheye (170  degree) mode -- great for point-of-view/reverse POV-type use and  monopods! It comes with a variety of mounting options and can be powered by either its rechargeable battery or from your car's cigarette  lighter, in which case it will automatically start and stop recording  when your car is powered on.
