Defective items can be returned within 14 days for exchange or full refund (only if not available). Buyer is responsible for return shipping. Tropical Enterprising is a reseller of new items, internet returns, store returns and store display items from major department stores and internet retailers. Some of the return items may need cleaning or minor repairs which we will try to describe in the auction.
