PLEASE read these terms & conditions before making a purchase or asking questions.

NOTES FOR POTENTIAL BUYERS:

- Questions about fitment or installation? PLEASE ask the manufacturer and/or a professional mechanic/technician. I did not make any of the parts that I sell, nor am I a mechanic or an HD dealership. I do not like to guess about fitment for your specific make and model.
- Please ask ANY and ALL questions BEFORE you bid. If I do not respond, that means your answer is right here in the listing.
- If you show disrespect in my direction, you will be blocked from making a purchase. I have neither the time nor the patience for disrespectful humans. A wise man once said, "Treat me nice and I'll treat you better.... treat me bad and I'll treat you worse".
- There are NO extra parts included that I do not specify in the description.
- You will receive exactly what is described. If you do not, then we have a problem and I'd like to know about it asap.
- Unless otherwise stated, I've not used or tested this item.
- All sales are FINAL and all items are sold "AS IS". If for some reason this item needs to be returned, there will be a 25% restocking fee and the buyer will get to eat shipping both ways.... so please know what you're buying.

SHIPPING:

- The shipping total you see includes: a box, bubble wrap, popcorn, tape, or whatever it takes to create a properly packaged item, so your items arrives in the same condition as when it left my hands.
- Due to all the fees/costs/time involved, I do not combine shipping when using eBay.
- I only use my shipping accounts.
- If your package gets lost or destroyed, you're covered for the amount paid.
- I use FedEx, NOT UPS and I plan on getting your package on a truck within 4 business days (sometimes quicker). If you pay for Second Day Air, your package will be put in front of all other Ground shipments. If you are in a rush, talk to me before making your purchase, as I am out of town from time to time, finding more inventory. Please ignore the "shipped via UPS" on your invoice.
- FedEx WILL need your signature at delivery, for any items that I value at $500 or more (even if you pay less and I feel the need to insure for $500).
- FedEx will NOT deliver to a PO Box address, so please use a FedEx compatible address.
- If you are in CA, NV or WA, then there's no need for purchase 2nd Day Air, as FedEx normally gets items to these states within 2 days. If you pay for it anyhow, then I'll put you in front of everyone else.
- NO local pickups.

TAX:

- All California shipments / residents are subject to a 8.25% sales tax (or whatever it is at the time of purchase).

OUTSIDE US SALES via USPS:

- Your shipping may be high and it may take a few days to get your package to USPS. Why? 1 hour of my time to deal with my post office and expensive gas getting there.
- Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.

FEEDBACK:

- When I use FedEx to ship your item, their system automatically gives you positive feedback. When I use the USPS, it does not... and I'm not good with follow up feedback so if you want that feedback, please give me a "kick" once your item has safely arrived.

OTHER:

- From time to time, I loose items. I try to stay organized, but sometimes it happens. If it does, your entire payment will be refunded immediately and I will apologize.
- I do not use a telephone to communicate. Emails stay on our computers, giving us all accurate records of what has been said. Besides, I'm old and have a bad memory.... and absolutely no time to chat on the telephone.
- My focus is getting your item(s) packaged properly and out on time, so I'm not good about leaving feedback when I use the USPS, so if I forgot about you and you want that feedback, please send me a note. Yes, it's automatically given when I ship via FedEx.... just in case you missed this info above.
- The first number in the "title" of this auction is my own part number, so I can find this item once it's sold.
- I'm a "ONE MAN SHOW" over here, so please understand human mistakes from time to time. I'm not a large company, nor am I a mechanic. I have no employees. I do it all.
- Let's take care of our Planet Earth. PLEASE RECYCLE!

LAST:

- Hopefully you're one of the "Good Guys" and respect me as a seller and a fellow human that's trying to make a living. For those of you that do, I applaud you, as it seems there are fewer and fewer of you out there.
