Here is a fairy costume from the Gymboree 2009 Halloween line.  Size 6-12 months (all pieces).  New with tags (booties and hat are missing their original packaging but are new also).  Set includes: 

Halloween Fairy Costume -  size 6-12 months - polyester/spandex bodysuit has a pink tulle skirt with light and dark pink petal shaped organza overlays that have sparkle edges (light pink petals have sparkly polka dots), little organza wings in back with glittery polka dots, an elasticized neckline, and snaps between the legs. 

Halloween Fairy Hat and Booties Set - size 6-12 months - green satin elasticized headband has light and dark pink organza flower petals with green satin leaves and a stem on top (light pink petals have sparkly polka dots).  Satin shoes have turned up toes, light and dark pink petals around the elasticized cuff, a fuzzy inside and a textured sole. 

Halloween Fairy Sparkle Dotted Tights - size 6-12 months - cotton blend tights have dark pink polka dots against a light pink background and an elasticized waist.  Color:  Dahlia Pink.
