In cases of major damage to an item packaging this would be specified in the item's description. We do not guarantee against damage to items during transit.
If your item is received damaged as a result of damage in transit, we will assist you with any information you would require for you to make a claim for damages to your item to the postage carrier.
Packaging:
When packaging our items, we take as much care as possible to make sure there is a minimal amount of movement of the item within its container during transit. Where necessary we will make sure the items are protected with bubble wrap or various other padding in order to drastically reduce the possibility of the item being damaged.
Please make sure you read the listing very carefully and fully understand the items condition before committing to buy, many of our items are vintage and with age comes slight wear and tear. If you have any concerns, please get in touch before buying and we will be happy to answer any questions or concerns for you.
Please understand the items we sell are old, and as such, demonstrate characteristics of age, which may include wear, scratches, bubbles, pattern irregularities, mold marks, etc. We try to accurately describe any chips, cracks or other damage that would impact the value of the piece.

We are selling some new and some used items. We do inspect each item for broken, missing parts or damage before listing, but we may sometimes miss small things.
